General conditions

Below are the delivery conditions of Artishock.

The following conditions are valid unless a different agreement has been concluded. If you have questions about one of these provisions, you can contact webshop@artishock.nl

Artishock is not responsible for any damage or typo's that unintentional shows the wrong price. If it occurs, then the price will be adjusted by Artishock.

Article 1. General

1.1. These conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Artishock. Unless Artishock consents to other conditions. Deviations in the agreement with the customer doesn't give any rights for future transactions.

1.2. The sale of an article comes after acceptance of your order and confirmation via email. The order confirmation is also the invoice.

1.3. Items must be paid within maximum 4 days. If the payment is not received after the period, the order is cancelled.

1.4. All agreements and disputes between parties, the Dutch law is used.

1.5. The colors of our products are displayed differently according to the monitor settings and capabilities of the customer, color differences can not be excluded. You can not make any entitlements. It is possible to exchange the item. Of course our conditions of returning are in use. (See article 6).

Article 2. Payment

2.1 Prices are in euros and includes tax.

2.2 After an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the total cost, including shipping included. For online payments, no extra charges are made.

2.3 You can pay using Ideal, Creditcard and banktransfer. After the payment is received, the products are shipped as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your product(s) within 3 business days by our postal service.

Article 3. Shipping costs

3.1. All orders are always shipped insured.

3.2. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, but in Europe, shipping costs apply on orders under 200,00 or in our Sale period.

3.3. You can, if paid, collect your products in the store. Shipping costs are then returned to you in the store.

Article 4. Cancellation

4.1. It is possible to cancel an order if it happens within 24 hours after the order is placed and the order has not been sent. You can cancel by mail or telephone. Unpaid orders can be cancelled without charges within 24 hours.

4.2. The merchant can terminate the order or refuse a customer without any reason.

4.3. If a buyer does not cancel the order within 24 hours, see 4.1., The buyer is obliged to pay. The seller is entitled to fees, except at 24 hours after the order is canceled or not met.

4.4. When canceling a order or an product from an order, the following fees are charged to the client:

1. € 1.00 to the cancellation of an product from an order.

2. € 1.50 to the cancellation of an entire order.

Article 5. Delivery

5.1. We aim to process orders within 2 business days, after receiving payment, to offer the order for shipment. However Artishock is not required to this. If we differ from this for any reason, you shall be notified by a e-mail.

5.2. A order will almost always be send within 4 business days after receiving the payment. The maximum delivery period is 30 days after receival of payment. If the delivery exceeds 30 days, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement. At no charge.

5.3. If an order consists of multiple products Artishock is entitled to deliver it in multiple shipments. Artishock does not add additional shipping costs.

5.4. If products are unfortunately unavailable, a notification will be send by e-mail. The buyer has the option to cancel the order or substitute items for the same order price.

5.5. The dispatch is done according to AVG conditions (General Conditions for Goods) of PostNL, which can be read at www.post.nl.

5.6. All special offers are valid until the date of validity, but the seller may terminate before the expiration of the special offer. The offers are only valid if availability.

5.7. We do our best to keep the website up to date as possible, but it is possible that there is an product you ordered is no longer available. In this case we will contact you.

Article 6. Returns

6.1. If you for any reason do not wish to purchase a product from the shop, you have the right to cancel the order within seven days, without reason, and return it to Artishock. This is only possible if the buyer has made a notification by e-mail or telephone to Artishock. Any costs for returns are your own responsibility. Returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged. We kindly ask you not to order different sizes to fit these at home. 6.2. We do not guarantee: particular materials (eg paint, glitter, etc.); noses, zippers, discounted items

6.3. The buyer is responsible for the costs and risks of the return. Artishock assumes that the buyer returns the item in the same way, and if necessary insured. This can also be notified by delivering your product to our shop in Eindhoven. When your return is notified by personal delivery, you will receive an acknowledgment. Returns, which are sent by post, should always be sufficient postage, returns are not sufficiently stamped by Artishock never accepted and therefore not credited. Article 7. Responsibility

7.1 Any responsibility of Artishock and its employees and Artishock products for any damages of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect, including loss, consequential loss, damage to movable or immovable property or persons is explicitly excluded . Artishock is not responsible for damages resulting from the execution of the contract caused by third parties.

7.2 Artishock takes no responsibility for any damage arising from the use of the products of Artishock.

7.3 Any responsibility of Artishock against the buyer is limited to not exceeding the invoice amount that the purchaser has under the agreement to Artishock.

7.4 For misunderstanding, delays or transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of Internet or other communication between you and Artishock or between Artishock and others, as it relates to the relationship between you and Artishock, Artishock is not responsible, except to the extent it is a matter of intent or gross negligence of Artishock.

7.5 Artishock is not responsible for the non-permanent availability of www.artishock.nl, and for technical or electronic errors of the online offers.
