When your order comes in at our store we will try our best to send you your order within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) or 24 hours. Please note that within busy sale periods order processing can take longer. Within sale periods it may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. Orders made before 15:00 CET will be picked-up the same day.

Orders within the Netherlands will be send through PostNL with a Track and Trace code. This code will be send to you by email so you can follow your order. Orders within the Netherlands will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
International orders will also be send through PostNL with Track and Trace code. International order will be delivered approximately within 4-12 business days. International delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier within the country of delivery. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates can not be guaranteed.
Following international law on Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all orders outside of the European Union will be delivered with official customs forms (CN23).
Every order will be send by registered mail and will therefore require a signature upon delivery.
