Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you do not wish to purchase a product from the webshop for any reason, then you have the right to dissolve the purchase within 7 days, without giving any reason, and return the product to Artishock after delivery. This is only possible if you have previously informed Artishock by e-mail to email@example.com or by telephone (+31402446326). Any costs for the return shipment are always at your expense.
Return shipments are only accepted if the product is undamaged, has the attached authenticity label and is provided with a completed return form. The return form is included with your order. If you no longer have the return form, you can download it by clicking here. You only have to fill in the English version (page 2) and return it in the packaging when you return your items. Be sure to return all packaging materials such as shoe boxes to Artishock.
We kindly request you not to order various sizes to fit them at home. In doubt of your size? Then our stylists will be happy to give you advice without any obligation. Artishock does not guarantee special materials (eg lacquer, glitters etc.), shoe noses, zippers and discounted items.
The buyer is responsible for the costs and risks of the return. Artishock assumes that the buyer returns the item in the same way, and if necessary insured. This can also be notified by delivering your product to our shop in Eindhoven. When your return is notified by personal delivery, you will receive an acknowledgment. Returns, which are sent by post, should always be sufficient postage, returns are not sufficiently stamped by Artishock never accepted and therefore not credited. Returns must be provided with a completed return form.
