Here you will find the answers to our frequently asked questions.

 

When do I recieve my order?
We do our best to send out all orders placed before 15:00 C.E.T. on the same day. If your shipping address is in the Netherlands, you most likely will receive your order the next day. Did you order on Saturday or Sunday? Your package will we picked up in our store on Monday. As soon as we have registered your order at our postal service, you will receive a track and trace code to follow your order.

 

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipment within the European Union is free. We ship worldwide. Shipment worldwide is free for orders over € 200,-.  Only during our sale period you will be charged shipping costs. For more information on shipping, please click here.

 

I want to return my item, what should I do?

Is your whole collection presented online?
We do our best to present as much items as we can online in our webshop. Some unique items will not appear online. Are you looking for something from a brand we stock? Please contact us by phone +31(0)402446326. One of our team members will gladly help you.

 

Is your Outlet collection available online?
Unfortunately not. Please visit Artishock Outlet on Wednesday trough Friday from 11:00 – 17:00 hrs.

 

What payment options do you have?
At checkout in our webshop you can pay with iDeal or worldwide accepted credit cards (except AmEx). In our store you can pay with all debit and credit cards (including AmEx), cash and Artishock giftcards. All of our payment options are free of extra charges. If you see extra charges for any purchase made at Artishock, contact your bank or credit card company to ask them why you are being charged extra. 

 

Can I shop tax free?
Yes, in-store Artishock supports tax-free shopping. Please ask for a tax-free form at checkout at our cash register. Unfortunately we do not support tax-free shipping online.

 

What size do I have to order?
Each item indicates a fitting. Not sure which international size fits you? Please click here to see our size conversion table. Need personal help with sizing? Do not hesitate to call us on +31(0)402446326 for a free advice.

 

Where is your store located?
For 25 years our store is located in the Hooghuisstraat in Eindhoven. The most fashionable street of the city! Click here for the travel directions to our store.

 

Do stock a specific item from a certain brand?
If you have a picture or a product code from a certain item you are looking for, please contact us. One of our colleagues will check for you if we stock it or if we will receive it on short notice.

 

Can I return items in your store that I have bought online?
Yes, that is possible. Please be sure to bring the following documents to our store: Your receipt, your order (sent to you by e-mail) and a filled in return form. Please make sure the authenticity label is still attached to your items.

 

I lost my return form, what should I do?
You can find a return form by clicking here. The first page is in Dutch, the second page is in English. You only need to fill out the English form.

 

My size is sold out or not in stock, do you restock it?
For some items we do not receive the entire size range at once. It may happen that a size is delivered later. Please contact the store to inquire whether your size is still coming in or whether we can order it for you.

 

There was a problem with my payment, what can I do?
If you have any problems during our secure payment process, please fill in our contact form by clicking here. Please describe your error specifically. We will contact you as soon as possible during our regular business hours.

 

Can I make a reservation on an item?
Please contact our store by phone to check if a reservation for an item is possible +31(0)402446326.

 

Where do I park my car if I visit your store?
The most closest parking option is parking garage P1 Hooghuis. Please click here to find it on Google Maps.

 

One of my items is damaged, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that one of your items is damaged. Please contact our store by phone +31(0)402446326 one of our colleagues will help you.

 

When is your store opened?
Artishock is opened 7 days a week. On most public holidays we are closed. Please click here for more information on our opening hours.

 

I represent a brand that can be interesting for your store, who should I contact?
If you represent a brand, please mail to info@artishock.nl. If we are interested we will surely get in touch!

 

I do not want to receive mailings, how can I report this?
Please e-mail us on geenpost@artishock.nl (that is Dutch for ‘no mail’!) We will remove your address from our database.
